How to be a good English learner
  Hello,ladies and gentlemen,my name is Alice,
  I am taking American Accent Training.
  To be honest with you,the most important thing for us is
  to be a good learner before a good speaker.
  So,I want to share something with you today.
  You know,learning English is like building a house,
laying a  strong foundation  is the first and  the  most important step.
In other words,you should read and  speak English everyday.
Memorizing new words and phrases is also helpful.
Like building a house,learning English takes some time.
So,don't be impatient.Remember,Rome wasn't built in a day.
